Staffing for Doctors is hiring a Bilingual Orthodontic Billing & Collections Specialist. In this role, you will manage patient financial accounts, explain insurance coverage, and provide clear, compassionate support. You'll ensure patients understand their financial responsibilities and facilitate smooth payment processes.
What You'll Do
- Contact patients regarding outstanding balances, co-pays, and payments.
- Explain Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and insurance coverage clearly.
- Offer and manage payment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Answer patient questions about orthodontic procedures, billing, and office policies.
- Provide excellent customer service with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
- Perform additional financial inquiries as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in orthodontic collections, financial coordination, or medical billing.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Extensive knowledge of orthodontic procedures, billing, and patient care processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and compassionately.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $6-$8 per hour.
