Responsibilities
- Handle daily client operations and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the JAPAC region.
- Meet service level agreements and ensure smooth campaign delivery by identifying risks early and collaborating with internal teams to resolve them.
- Quickly and calmly address or escalate client concerns, involving appropriate team members at the right time.
- Actively listen to clients and internal partners, turning feedback into actionable steps and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular check-ins such as status calls, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews to strengthen relationships and identify expansion potential.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by balancing client demands with company objectives and best practices.
- Adapt client-facing content like presentations, reports, and emails for Japanese and English audiences, ensuring clarity and cultural relevance.
- Oversee insertion orders and maintain accurate visibility into the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Review and quality-check campaign briefs and pre-launch documents to confirm accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with client goals and industry standards.
- Lead creative asset development and campaign setup by coordinating with Trading, Design, and external vendors.
- Manage the implementation of creative tags for campaign tracking and delivery.
- Provide clients with timely performance screenshots and updates to demonstrate results.
- Ensure reporting systems are correctly configured and focused on the most relevant KPIs.
- Track campaign pacing and performance, collaborating with Trading and Data & Analytics to optimize outcomes and adjust strategies as needed.
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling while protecting existing revenue streams.
- Work with Account Management peers and Trading to resolve technical or operational campaign issues.
- Analyze post-campaign results with Trading, Sales, and Data & Analytics teams to uncover trends, performance drivers, and improvement opportunities, translating data into clear, insight-driven summaries tied to client goals.
- Deliver comprehensive reports and forward-looking recommendations that link performance to business impact and guide future planning and budget decisions.
- Manage the renewal of ongoing campaigns to maintain revenue continuity and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist with booking reconciliations and resolving invoice-related inquiries.
- Propose innovative solutions for various challenges and promote a culture of creativity within the team.
- Actively test, validate, and refine new methods or processes, taking informed risks to improve performance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Trading teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and client outcomes.
