Mangone Law Firm, LLC, is seeking a Bilingual IT Support Team Member fluent in both Spanish and English. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical technical support, maintaining our systems, creating user-friendly documentation, and managing employee onboarding and offboarding. Your work will ensure our team can serve clients without interruption and will include special IT or cross-functional projects.
What You'll Do
- Respond to support tickets, Slack messages, calls, or emails with clear solutions and creative workarounds.
- Monitor key systems like HubSpot, Monday.com, Google Workspace, GoTo, and Aircall for performance and health.
- Create straightforward documentation, live training sessions, FAQ videos, and onboarding materials using Trainual.
- Identify recurring technical issues, escalate complex cases, and collaborate with automation specialists.
- Handle employee onboardings and offboardings, including setting permissions, managing access, and preparing training materials.
- Contribute to special IT or cross-functional projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in IT, systems, or helpdesk support (2+ years of relevant helpdesk experience can substitute for formal education).
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
- Working knowledge of at least two of: HubSpot, Monday.com, GoTo, Google Workspace, or Aircall.
- Strong writing skills for creating documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish (Ingles B1 minimo).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with MFA, basic cybersecurity principles, and phishing detection.
- Curiosity about automation tools like Zapier or n8n and light data analysis with CSV files or Google Sheets.
- Patience, strong problem-solving skills, and a service-first mindset.
