About the Role
This role involves delivering individual and group therapy sessions remotely to clients across Texas. The ideal candidate is a licensed, bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, capable of providing evidence-based mental health treatment. Therapists will work independently, manage their own schedules, and ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote individual therapy sessions for clients experiencing mental health challenges
- Lead virtual group therapy programs using structured clinical approaches
- Evaluate client needs through initial and ongoing assessments
- Develop and update treatment plans based on clinical judgment
- Document client progress and maintain confidential records
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish
- Adhere to Texas licensing and practice regulations
- Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards
- Coordinate care when necessary with external providers
- Respond promptly to client communications within defined timeframes
- Utilize telehealth platforms securely and efficiently
- Participate in required training and professional development
