eSalon is looking for a Bilingual German / English Customer Service Representative to join our team. This fully remote role is based in the UK and involves providing excellent customer service and retention support to our clients across the US, UK, and EU through phone, email, and chat.
What You'll Do
- Answer a high volume of inbound retention and customer service calls.
- Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat in both English and German.
- Retain clients by understanding their needs and meeting company requirements.
- Meet and exceed individual performance goals.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM.
- Communicate ongoing retention activity and progress effectively.
- Project professionalism and collaborate with other departments.
- Perform other duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
- Native German speaker who is also fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Top-notch phone presentation and communication skills.
- Active experience using CRM systems to document daily activity.
- A highly organized, self-motivated, and driven individual with an appetite to succeed.
- A consistent track record of retaining a high percentage of clients.
- Excellent writing skills and a stable work history.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and flexible.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Must be able to commute to the London office occasionally for events.
- Must be authorized to work in the UK and perform the role from within the UK.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the UK/EU Customer Service Manager.
