PsyPhyCare is hiring a Bilingual Case Coordinator (Child Welfare) in Washington D.C.

Responsibilities

  • Examine case records and related documents for youth receiving residential care
  • Hold consultations with care team staff to evaluate case progress
  • Formulate independent recommendations for release and placement options
  • Recognize children who require specialized medical, mental health, or developmental support
  • Suggest suitable levels of care, transfer possibilities, and post-discharge services
  • Focus on cases that extend beyond the typical duration of care
  • Attend weekly case review meetings, conducted virtually or in person
  • Record case decisions and recommendations in secure federal databases
  • Monitor high-complexity cases and escalate issues as necessary
  • Support the development of monthly reports and performance tracking metrics

  • Strict adherence to confidentiality and child protection protocols is essential
