Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of analytical domains by designing and managing DBT models, writing production-grade SQL in BigQuery, and delivering finalized insights—not just raw data—to stakeholders.
- Go beyond reactive analysis by independently identifying trends, outliers, and business opportunities, then proactively sharing findings with relevant teams.
- Create and maintain Tableau dashboards focused on decision-making, tailored for product, sales, leadership, and external B2B clients.
- Collaborate with data engineers on Airflow workflows, schema design, data quality, and governance, with the ability to read and contribute to pipeline code.
- Work closely with stakeholders to turn unclear business questions into structured analytical approaches, lead workshops, present results, and promote data-driven cultures.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives by designing experiments, validating statistical validity, and translating outcomes into clear product guidance.
- Ensure high data standards by maintaining data dictionaries, documentation, and DBT tests, and by flagging data quality issues early.
