The Bid Manager at Tietoevry will lead the end-to-end tender lifecycle for Swedish public procurements under LOU, driving the creation of compelling and compliant proposals. This strategic role involves coordinating cross-functional Nordic teams and aligning bid strategies with customer goals and Public 360°’s positioning to support growth in the public sector. The ideal candidate thrives in structured, collaborative environments and is motivated by impactful, smart execution.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ processes under LOU, including timelines, governance, risk assessment, commercial terms, cross-functional coordination, and quality assurance
- Coordinate a Nordic bid team and leverage best practices, templates, and reusable content to create efficient, high-quality bids
- Develop bid strategies, value messaging, and clear differentiators that align with Public 360°’s positioning and the customer’s goals
- Safeguard traceability, compliance, documentation quality, and manage internal go/no-go decisions
- Partner with Sales Managers on qualification, cost models, and presentations that strengthen our proposals
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in complex public tenders in Sweden
- Solid knowledge of LOU and procurement processes
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to turn complex information into clear, persuasive content
- Confident collaboration with sales and business stakeholders
- Fluent in Swedish
- Comfortable in English
- Structured, solution-oriented, and motivated by creating order, clarity, and impact through teamwork

- Software/SaaS experience in the public sector
- APMP certification or similar
