Responsibilities

Lead and inspire multidisciplinary bid teams from the initial phase through contract award and mobilization
Develop winning bid strategies that align with business priorities and client needs
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and effectively position the offer
Oversee bid quality, ensuring compliance, innovation, and commercial strength in all submissions
Nurture talent within the team through coaching, mentoring, and creating opportunities for professional growth
