ProSidian Consulting, LLC is hiring a BI Developer (Power BI/Tableau)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation
  • Enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence
  • Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies
  • Facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools
  • Optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs
  • Develop automated reporting capabilities to support HR strategy and workforce planning
  • Implement automation and self-service capabilities to reduce manual reporting and recurring requests
  • Build dashboards | enable insights | support decisions
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
  • Build, configure, test, and maintain solution components supporting Automated Reporting & Insights
  • Develop workflows, dashboards, apps, automations, or integrations
  • Document deployment and support procedures

Requirements

  • BI Developer (Power BI/Tableau) experience
  • Experience in Data Management & Business Intelligence - Automated Reporting & Insights
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
  • Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal)
  • Support for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF)
  • Ability to work hybrid on/off client site
  • Work located in the Mid Atlantic Region, at or near Alexandria, VA
  • Serve as Senior specialist or technical lead with independent execution and responsibility for complex deliverables
