Responsibilities
- Support the creation of software prototypes and internal research and development tools with guidance from experienced engineers
- Integrate AI-powered coding assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot into daily development tasks
- Engage in user research by conducting interviews, observing user behavior, and analyzing feedback on prototype usability
- Help refine design iterations based on insights gathered from user interactions and input
- Maintain documentation of development work and communicate results to the team
