Responsibilities
- Examine tire casings using specified tools and methods according to established guidelines.
- Operate the shearography equipment to evaluate casings, interpret findings, and assign appropriate grades.
- Remove remaining tread from casings using approved tools and techniques.
- Apply new tread to properly prepared casings following defined procedures.
- Place casings into curing envelopes, insert inner liners, and secure airtight seals.
- Perform vacuum testing on sealed envelopes to confirm integrity before curing.
- Repair damage on casings using authorized tools and repair protocols.
- Load tires into the curing chamber and configure correct curing settings for each batch.
- Inspect tire casings using standardized tools and evaluation methods.
- Coordinate with sales representatives and fleet contacts to fulfill service requirements.
- Complete all required documentation clearly and accurately.
- Follow all applicable OSHA standards and workplace safety policies.
