Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with friendliness and energy when they arrive and leave
- Help guests with handling, moving, and transporting luggage to and from their rooms
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely while ensuring keys are securely managed
- Accompany guests to their rooms and inform them about resort features, services, and nearby points of interest
- Offer directions, coordinate valet services, arrange taxi rides, and assist with other guest needs
- Keep bell carts, valet zones, lobby areas, and entryways clean and orderly
- Deliver guest items such as packages, amenities, and messages quickly and politely
- Assist front desk, valet, and concierge staff during peak times
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by supervisors

- Applicants must be at least 21 years old due to insurance rules related to driving responsibilities
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving history are required to operate vehicles
- Ability to remain on feet, walk, and move quickly for long durations, up to 8 or more hours
- Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling guest luggage
- Frequent physical movements including bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing stairs
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor settings under various weather conditions
- Must operate vehicles safely and navigate a large property efficiently
- Availability must include weekends, evenings, and holidays
