Proud Moments ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician - Willing to Train

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions based on plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Gather data to track progress and effectiveness of personalized treatment plans, and report findings
  • Assist the BCBA in training families to implement individualized treatment plans
  • Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
  • Maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
  • Keep up physically with clients as they move around session areas, which involves standing, sitting, bending, lifting over 25 pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and matching the pace of children aged 2 to 15
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the BCBA or LBA
