Responsibilities
- Carry out individualized skill-building programs created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
- Record behavioral data during each session to monitor progress
- Engage clients through structured activities and play
- Communicate with the clinical team and the families you support
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation (up to 40 miles per day between clients)
- Available Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM
- Completion of California LiveScan and background check
- Cleared TB test and completed immunizations
- Ability to physically engage with and lift children up to 50 pounds
Nice to Have
- RBT certification (training and certification provided if not already held)
- Experience working with children who have developmental delays or disabilities
Benefits
- $23–$30 per hour depending on experience
