Treetop ABA is looking for a BCBA-Hybrid-In Clinic to help shape a new clinic location in Arizona. In this hybrid role, you will blend in-clinic and remote work to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. What You'll Do
- Design and implement personalized ABA therapy plans that create real, measurable impact.
- Conduct assessments and track progress using data to guide meaningful client outcomes.
- Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians with coaching and expertise.
- Partner with families to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust.
- Maintain a hybrid caseload blending in-clinic and remote work.
- Stay current with the latest ABA research and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Active Arizona LBA Certification
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Passion for compassionate care and delivering high-quality ABA services
- Adaptable and driven to thrive in both clinic and remote environments

- Compensation: $95,000–$110,000
