Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a smile upon seating
- Set up the bar before opening, including pour and glassware stations, and restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggestively sell drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, using specified glassware and garnishes
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system correctly
- Check back with guests throughout their experience to offer refills and clear table items
- Deliver and settle the check promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety standards
