Responsibilities
- Handle customer service tasks in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, including assessment, tracking, performance analysis, and execution of process improvements.
- Carry out translation and proofreading tasks as needed to ensure accurate communication.
- Address and resolve player inquiries and technical issues through email, such as account recovery and password resets.
- Work during standard business hours from 9:00 to 18:00, with schedule variations based on project requirements.
- Provide year-round support, including weekends and public holidays, following a rotating shift system.
Requirements
- Native-level written proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Professional working proficiency in English, particularly in reading and writing.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer support through email correspondence.
- Gamer background with the ability to understand and troubleshoot issues across PC, console, and mobile games.
- Skilled at identifying and resolving customer concerns accurately and attentively within established protocols.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute positively within a team setting.
- Applicants must currently reside in Japan and hold a valid work visa.
Nice to Have
- 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in email-based support environments, with exposure to video games, travel assistance, help desk, or technical support.
