Responsibilities
- Design and implement distributed backend systems using .NET and event-driven patterns.
- Work closely with product and commercial departments to transform user engagement concepts into scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Enhance the microservices environment for better performance, reliability, and monitoring capabilities.
- Advance containerization and cloud migration initiatives.
- Take part in architectural conversations and contribute to key technical planning.
- For senior candidates: guide architectural direction and identify opportunities for system improvements.
- Produce clean, testable code and perform thorough code reviews.
- Support incident management and participate in the team's on-call schedule.
- Keep up-to-date technical documentation including architecture decision records, operational runbooks, and best practices.
- Develop and disseminate specialized knowledge across the engineering team.
