Responsibilities
- Create and implement distributed backend systems using .NET and event-driven patterns.
- Work closely with product and commercial departments to transform user engagement concepts into scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Enhance the microservices environment for better performance, stability, and monitoring capabilities.
- Advance initiatives related to containerization and migration to cloud platforms.
- Engage in architectural conversations and contribute to key technical planning.
- For senior candidates: Guide architectural direction and identify opportunities for system improvements.
- Produce clean, testable code and perform thorough peer code reviews.
- Support incident management and take part in the team's on-call schedule.
- Keep technical documentation up to date, including architecture decision records, operational runbooks, and best practices.
- Develop and disseminate specialized knowledge across the engineering team.
