Responsibilities
- Create and maintain distributed backend systems using .NET and event-driven design principles.
- Work closely with product and business teams to transform user engagement concepts into scalable technical solutions.
- Enhance the performance, reliability, and monitoring capabilities of the microservices ecosystem.
- Advance initiatives in containerization and migration to cloud infrastructure.
- Engage in architectural planning and contribute to key technical direction.
- For senior roles: guide architectural choices and proactively suggest system improvements.
- Produce clean, testable code and perform thorough code reviews.
- Support incident management and take part in the team's on-call schedule.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture decision records and operational guides.
- Develop and disseminate specialized knowledge across the engineering team.
