Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, proof-of-concepts, and development efforts within the Sportsbook B2B and Integrations Value Stream, ensuring high-quality output from engineering teams.
- Collaborate with architects to communicate, align, and implement agreed architectural directions across teams.
- Coordinate with peer tech leads across product development to maintain technical consistency and advance technical excellence in the Sportsbook domain.
- Proactively identify opportunities for technical enhancement in owned applications.
- Assess proposed technical improvements and support Product Managers in prioritizing them effectively.
- Communicate the value of technical upgrades clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Engage in hands-on development, including coding, testing, reviews, bug resolution, and feature implementation to enhance existing systems.
- Contribute to team growth by taking part in technical hiring interviews and providing mentorship to engineers.
- Maintain awareness of evolving technologies, evaluate their applicability, and guide strategic adoption.
