Responsibilities
- Lead design, proof-of-concepts, and development efforts for complex systems within the Sportsbook B2B and Integrations domain.
- Ensure development teams consistently deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions.
- Collaborate with architects to communicate and execute architectural strategies across teams.
- Coordinate with peer tech leads to maintain consistent technical standards across product development.
- Champion technical excellence and lead improvement initiatives within the Sportsbook area.
- Evaluate and propose enhancements to improve the performance and scalability of systems.
- Assess technical upgrades and support Product Managers in prioritizing technical debt reduction.
- Communicate the value of technical advancements to both engineering and business stakeholders.
- Contribute directly to coding, testing, debugging, feature implementation, and system maintenance.
- Take part in evaluating candidates during technical interview rounds.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and growth opportunities for software engineers.
- Keep current with emerging technologies, assess their applicability, and guide strategic adoption.
