Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services on the Solana blockchain
- Write secure, efficient, and well-tested smart contracts
- Optimize system performance and scalability for high-throughput environments
- Collaborate with frontend and product teams to integrate backend logic
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
- Ensure code quality through reviews and testing practices
- Stay current with Solana ecosystem updates and tooling
- Document technical designs and implementation details
- Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Support deployment and monitoring of blockchain applications

- Help define best practices for on-chain and off-chain data handling
- Contribute to open-source projects related to the protocol
