Responsibilities
- Design and sustain backend services, APIs, and integration modules that power shared and critical applications.
- Develop business logic, coordinate service workflows, and manage data access layers to meet product and process needs.
- Create robust, secure, and scalable server-side systems using approved architectural patterns and coding standards.
- Work closely with frontend developers, quality assurance, DevSecOps, and product teams to ensure full lifecycle delivery.
- Engage in technical planning, effort estimation, peer code reviews, issue resolution, and live environment support.
- Enhance backend performance, stability, monitoring, logging, and system observability across development and production environments.
- Support data transfer mechanisms, error management, system resilience, and secure inter-service communication protocols.
- Produce technical documentation, reusable code assets, and contribute to development standards and process improvements.
- Assist in identifying and resolving software defects, supporting releases, and maintaining application health over time.
- Align development tasks with Agile sprints, increments, and release timelines to support iterative delivery.
- Support team goals and accept additional duties as project demands evolve.
