Responsibilities
- Build and manage backend application systems using PHP, Java, SpringBoot, Kotlin, and MySQL/AuroraDB for financial products
- Architect large, complex systems capable of handling high-throughput workloads
- Apply infrastructure knowledge to resolve large-scale technical challenges
- Create internal tools and actively contribute to open source projects when feasible
- Practice deep root cause analysis and adopt a persistent problem-solving mindset
- Develop and operate backend systems connecting to financial products using PHP, Java, SpringBoot, Kotlin, and MySQL/AuroraDB
- Design high-complexity, large-scale systems to support high-performance applications
- Understand and implement infrastructure strategies to solve systemic technical issues
- Build automation and development tools, and support open source initiatives
- Approach challenges with a focus on root cause resolution and continuous improvement
