Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go or C#/.NET
- Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning
- Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems
- Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
- Collaborate closely in a cross-functional team
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go or C#/.NET
- An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is our working language)
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments
