Responsibilities
- Process and monitor prior authorization submissions for healthcare services.
- Track the status of authorization requests and follow up to secure timely approvals.
- Correct and resubmit insurance claims that were denied or rejected, including adding necessary documentation.
- Ensure all approved medical services are properly reimbursed by insurance providers.
- Keep detailed, current records of authorization outcomes and claim processing statuses.
- Collaborate with insurers, healthcare providers, and internal departments to resolve payment-related issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of six months experience in a BPO healthcare-related role.
- Willingness to work on-site at Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong.
- Availability to work night shift hours.
- Demonstrated negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
