Requirements
- Minimum six months of BPO experience supporting a healthcare-related campaign
- Familiarity with editing digital documents, particularly PDF files
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and spoken English communication abilities
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and setting priorities in a dynamic setting
- Skilled in resolving issues independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to report to an office location in Makati
- Availability to work night shift hours

- Good working knowledge in editing online documents (PDF)
