Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and consistent services with reusable, modular, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering managers to turn business needs into software solutions, set timelines, and estimate effort.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and ensure high code quality and performance.
- Keep up with new technologies and tools, promote their adoption when suitable, and foster a culture of continuous learning and team growth.
