Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, Designers, and QA specialists to define requirements, estimate feature scope, and build cohesive user experiences.
- Leverage AI-powered coding assistants such as Claude to speed up development by generating code, managing boilerplate, and creating initial scaffolding—while rigorously reviewing all output before deployment.
- Design, implement, and release AI-driven products, automated workflows, and intelligent agents.
- Contribute technical expertise across every phase of the software lifecycle, from discovery through deployment, including architecture planning, system design, and release strategy.
- Collaborate on building reliable features, APIs, data models, and scalable infrastructure components.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects quickly without compromising quality standards.
- Own end-to-end delivery of features, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements.
- Maintain excellence in engineering by applying thorough testing practices and prioritizing customer needs in development decisions.
- Maintain consistent communication with cross-functional partners, clearly explain technical limitations to non-technical audiences, and convert business needs into technical implementations.
- Support team productivity by resolving blockers, troubleshooting issues efficiently, and offering clear solutions to unclear or complex challenges.
