Responsibilities
- Demonstrated capability to function effectively within both agile and traditional waterfall project environments, with knowledge of associated deliverables
- Solid grasp of trading lifecycle stages, international regulatory frameworks, and core investment banking operations
- Accountable for managing relationships and communication with key project stakeholders
- Validated experience serving as a Business Analyst within a major investment banking institution
- Collaborate with project leadership and business sponsors to define project scope and conduct domain analysis
- Engage directly with business stakeholders to investigate functional challenges and clarify business and system requirements
- Facilitate requirement workshops and produce comprehensive documentation outlining business needs
- Strong abilities in communication, organizational coordination, and technical documentation
- Establish testing goals and coordinate closely with quality assurance teams
