Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with key HR decision-makers, industry influencers, and professional associations in Japan to support co-marketing efforts and generate qualified leads.
- Design and manage offline marketing events including industry conferences, partner collaborations, and company-hosted seminars, overseeing logistics, vendor management, and follow-up engagement.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to develop marketing materials, customer success stories, and targeted campaigns that improve client acquisition and retention.
- Execute and test localized digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, using HubSpot to manage lead nurturing workflows and account-based marketing strategies.
- Manage and improve the Japan-specific B2B website to ensure cultural relevance, strong user experience, and high conversion rates.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, share actionable insights for continuous improvement, and keep current with trends in HR technology and B2B marketing within the Japanese market.
