Culligan Quench is looking for a B2B Account Support Specialist (Indirect) to manage the operational and service needs of our indirect sales partners. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring the smooth execution of partner programs and supporting sales growth.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary operational contact for a portfolio of indirect sales partners
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of new partner accounts
- Manage order processing, inventory inquiries, and billing support
- Analyze partner performance data and assist in developing growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to resolve partner issues
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B account support, customer success, or channel operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and standard office productivity software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
