About the Role

Lead the technical aspects of pre-sales engagements by designing tailored solutions that align with client requirements and organizational objectives. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to demonstrate platform capabilities and ensure seamless integration into client environments.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and define technical strategies
  • Design and present customized solution architectures for enterprise customers
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to specific client use cases
  • Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Support proof-of-concept deployments and technical evaluations
  • Work closely with engineering to relay customer feedback and requirements
  • Develop deep expertise in platform capabilities and industry applications
  • Assist in crafting responses to technical requirements in RFPs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape and market trends
  • Ensure solution designs meet security, scalability, and compliance standards
  • Act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle and post-sale transition
  • Identify opportunities to expand platform adoption within client organizations
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff after sale
  • Participate in strategic planning for key accounts
  • Travel as needed to support client meetings and on-site engagements
