Responsibilities
- Welcome each customer with hospitality and the highest level of respect.
- Recommend the best solution to properly repair the customer's vehicle.
- Consistently and effectively sell our services while maintaining honesty and integrity, treating others as you would like to be treated.
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster a team atmosphere at all times.
- Communicate professionally with the goal of building a long-term relationship among the store, yourself, and the customer.
- Act in a way that reflects the company's mission statement, always showing kindness, honesty, and integrity.
- Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities based on customer needs and shop workload.
- Ensure all repairs are completed to proper specifications.
- Assist other employees as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Drive guests in the company shuttle.
