Responsibilities
- Technical onboarding and enablement of customers & partners (workshops, trainings, best practices).
- Development of integration concepts (high-level architecture, interfaces, data/security flows) together with internal teams.
- Support of PoCs/pilots until productive use: risk and blocker management, technical coordination, structured escalation.
- Hands-on troubleshooting: analysis of logs/traces, error reproduction, hypothesis formation, solution proposals, and feedback to engineering.
- Creation and maintenance of enablement artifacts: integration guides, runbooks, FAQs, demo setups, reference architectures.
- Moderation of technical Jour Fixes with stakeholders (engineering, product, security, QA, project management on the customer/partner side).
- Ensuring consistent technical communication across all parties involved (German/English).
Requirements
- High willingness to travel and flexibility for project-related on-site assignments at the customer's premises.
- Very good English skills to confidently participate in technical discussions and create documentation.
- Pronounced communication skills with a clear team and customer orientation.
- Proactive and structured way of working with clear prioritization, ownership, and clean documentation.
- In-depth experience with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
Nice to Have
- Practical knowledge from digital key projects or in the field of vehicle access or system architecture.
- Experience in the holistic support of a software or hardware development cycle of a control unit.
- Ideally, experience with international vehicle or device OEMs as well as relevant certification processes (e.g., CCC, FIRA).
- Knowledge of test automation (e.g., Python, CAP7, C++ or Robot Framework).
- Basic security know-how (e.g., key management, provisioning).
