Responsibilities
- Engage directly with the Movie & TV Metadata project.
- Conduct quality checks on movie and TV metadata by precisely following testing instructions and test cases.
- Ensure content review and curation meet project-specific quality standards, trademarks, style guides, and client-preferred checklists and glossaries.
- Deliver assigned tasks to a high standard and on schedule, including repetitive work.
- Prioritize tasks and issues quickly and effectively, especially when requirements change.
- Analyze workflow data and operational performance to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
- Document opportunities, create a prioritized backlog, and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Project Managers and leadership.
- Monitor the impact of implemented solutions and iterate based on feedback and performance data.
- Design, develop, and deploy automation and AI-assisted tools using approved platforms, under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Use scripting or programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent) to build robust, maintainable solutions, starting with proofs of concept and progressing to a steady delivery cadence.
- Create clear documentation and share knowledge with the wider team to support adoption of built solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging AI and automation tooling and bring valuable ideas back to the team.
