Responsibilities
- Design and sustain reusable infrastructure deployments using Infrastructure as Code practices such as CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Develop and oversee CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing, deployment, and rollback processes using tools like GitLab CI and AWS CodePipeline.
- Deploy and manage monitoring, logging, and diagnostic systems including CloudWatch, AWS Config, and Splunk to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure challenges.
- Support the integration of AWS cloud platforms with on-premises infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and security specialists, while guiding junior engineers and driving automation projects.
- Produce comprehensive documentation covering architectural decisions, automation workflows, and compliance-related records.

- Active Secret Level Clearance is required.
- Position is remote but requires visits to customer site in Charleston, SC.
- Customer site visits occur four times per year for one week each during Program Increment Planning.
- Strict adherence to federal security protocols and identity management.
