Responsibilities
- Deliver on-the-spot technical support to clients with varying levels of tech proficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with audio, video, lighting, network infrastructure, and related hardware.
- Assess and troubleshoot problems involving computers, software, peripherals, mobile devices, and network components.
- Coordinate in advance with site teams and operations leadership to confirm all technology requirements are ready before client arrival.
- Anticipate client needs and deliver proactive service by building strong internal and external working relationships.
- Attend production planning meetings, including pre-event and pre-conference sessions, as required.
- Support daily event logistics such as room setup and teardown, equipment operation, and on-site AV functions.
- Build and sustain positive client interactions, fulfilling reasonable requests during live programs.
- Collaborate with production staff to understand event goals and ensure technology aligns with the intended experience.
- Assist across operational areas as needed to maintain smooth event execution.
- Engage in joint projects with the technology team and other departments to improve service delivery.
- Review standard operating procedures for the department every quarter to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Adhere to company culture and behavioral expectations in all interactions.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
- Demonstrate proactive thinking and initiative when addressing technical or logistical challenges.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with established dress standards.
