Requirements

• Juris Doctor or equivalent legal degree.
• Current bar membership in any U.S. state or territory.
• Minimum of three years of professional legal experience, either in private practice or corporate legal departments.
• Proven track record in drafting and managing commercial agreements.
• Background in delivering legal guidance on compliance matters.
• High proficiency in legal research and interpretation of complex regulations.
• Superior command of written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

• Experience serving as internal legal counsel within an organization.
• Exposure to legal systems across multiple jurisdictions or international law.
• Knowledge of employment law, software-as-a-service or tech-sector regulations, corporate governance, compliance frameworks, or real estate law.
• Working knowledge of legal practice software including Clio, MyCase, or PracticePanther.
• History of advising fast-scaling companies or operational units.
