Responsibilities
- Design, update, and deliver financial plans using specialized planning software
- Demonstrate understanding of tax, estate, and insurance planning principles
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the firm's investment approach and philosophy
- Build comprehensive investment strategies tailored to individual clients and track risk tolerance changes over time
- Learn core trading concepts and work with Portfolio Management on trade execution, portfolio adjustments, and tax-efficient strategies
- Become proficient with the firm’s technology tools, including CRM platforms and custodial systems
- Collaborate with peer advisors to share insights and resources
- Lead client conversations and meetings independently
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all client interactions in the CRM system
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and coordinate with team members to uphold service standards
- Conduct regular reviews of client billing and support advisory compliance protocols
- Contribute to team-level planning initiatives and advance organizational strategic goals
- Be available for in-person client meetings, with occasional travel as needed
