Responsibilities
- Design and deliver updated financial plans using specialized planning tools
- Demonstrate understanding of tax, estate, and insurance planning principles
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the firm's investment approach and philosophy
- Build customized, all-encompassing investment strategies and track client risk profiles over time
- Learn core concepts related to trading operations
- Collaborate with portfolio management on trade execution, portfolio approvals, and tax-efficient strategies
- Achieve proficiency with technology platforms, including CRM and custodial systems
- Coordinate with peer advisors to share insights and best practices
- Conduct client discussions and manage interactions independently
- Accurately document all client interactions and data in the CRM system
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and coordinate with team members to deliver exceptional service
- Perform periodic billing audits and support advisory compliance requirements
- Contribute to team-level strategic planning and support organizational goals
- Be available for in-person client meetings, which may involve occasional travel
