Responsibilities
- Design, update, and deliver financial plans using specialized planning software
- Demonstrate understanding of tax, estate, and insurance planning principles
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the firm’s investment philosophy and approach
- Build comprehensive investment strategies tailored to each client and track changes in risk tolerance over time
- Learn core trading concepts and work with the Portfolio Management team on trade execution, portfolio adjustments, and tax loss harvesting
- Become proficient with the full suite of technology tools, including CRM platforms and custodial portals
- Collaborate with peer Associate Wealth Advisors to share resources and best practices
- Lead client conversations and meetings independently when necessary
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all client interactions in the CRM system
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client needs and coordinate with team members to deliver high-quality service
- Conduct regular client billing reviews and support compliance requirements for the advisory group
- Participate in team-level business planning and contribute to advancing the firm’s strategic goals
- Be available for in-person client meetings, with occasional travel as needed
