Responsibilities
- Design, update, and deliver financial plans using specialized planning tools
- Demonstrate understanding of tax, estate, and insurance planning principles
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the firm's investment approach and philosophy
- Build comprehensive investment strategies tailored to each client, adjusting for evolving risk profiles
- Learn core trading concepts and work with Portfolio Management to approve trades, manage portfolios, and implement tax-efficient strategies
- Become proficient with the full suite of technology platforms, including CRM and custodial systems
- Collaborate with peer Associate Wealth Advisors to share resources and best practices
- Lead client conversations and meetings independently when necessary
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all client interactions in the CRM system
- Act as the primary point of contact for daily client inquiries and coordinate with team members to deliver exceptional service
- Conduct regular reviews of client billing and support compliance efforts for the advisory group
- Participate in team-level strategic planning and contribute to firm-wide objectives
- Be available for in-person client meetings, which may involve occasional travel

Hybrid model with three office days and two remote days per week
