Responsibilities
- Design and deliver updated financial plans using specialized planning tools
- Demonstrate understanding of tax, estate, and insurance planning principles
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the firm's investment approach and philosophy
- Build comprehensive investment strategies tailored to individual clients and adjust based on evolving risk profiles
- Learn core trading concepts and work with Portfolio Management on trade execution, approvals, and tax-efficient strategies
- Achieve proficiency with the full suite of technology platforms, including CRM and custodial systems
- Collaborate with peer advisors to share insights and improve team performance
- Lead client conversations independently and manage ongoing interactions
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all client communications in the CRM system
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and coordinate internally to deliver high-quality service
- Conduct regular reviews of client billing and support compliance procedures for the advisory group
- Participate in team-level planning initiatives and contribute to advancing organizational goals
- Be available for in-person client meetings, which may involve occasional travel
