About the Role
This role is responsible for driving sales and market expansion in a defined region by engaging with urologists, surgeons, and hospital staff to promote the adoption of a robotic surgical platform. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to execute commercial strategies and meet performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote a robotic surgical system to urologists and healthcare decision-makers
- Identify and target high-potential accounts for market penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales leadership to execute territory plans
- Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools
- Support product demonstrations and clinical case coverage
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure successful case execution
- Gather market intelligence to inform strategic planning
- Attend regional conferences and educational events
- Drive adoption through physician engagement and education
- Respond to customer inquiries about product capabilities and outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with marketing to tailor local campaigns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
- Prepare forecasts and contribute to sales reporting
- Manage territory budget and resource allocation
- Conduct follow-up with prospects and existing accounts
- Support contracting and reimbursement discussions with hospital teams
- Participate in training programs to enhance product and clinical knowledge
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
