- Leads design conversations and collaborates with technical leads, product owners, scrum masters, release engineers, architects, agile teams, and operations to plan Program Increments and sprints
- Takes full accountability for sprint objectives and supports the team through technical mentorship and best practices
- Engages in PI planning, contributes to defining PI objectives, and ensures team alignment
- Assumes responsibility for complex user stories and ensures timely completion within sprints
- Anticipates and addresses dependencies and risks early, communicating them proactively
- Actively engages in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
- Follows Git workflow including pull requests, maintains unit test coverage, and meets SonarQube quality standards
- Reports technical and operational challenges promptly to engineering and management
- Enforces compliance with established technology standards during development
- Collaborates with architects, product owners, and QA teams to define accurate and complete technical requirements
- Works closely with infrastructure and other cross-functional teams to meet story requirements
- Provides mentorship to team members and actively contributes to team success
