Novellia is hiring an Associate Solutions Manager, Commercial Team

Responsibilities

  • Support our commercial team in pitching, scoping, and executing real-world data solutions for our life sciences customers.
  • Collaborate across functions within Novellia, including client solutions, sales, growth, marketing, data science, engineering, and product.
  • Be an integral part of the team defining how a healthcare data company delivers world-class data and analytics solutions to biopharma clients.
  • Spend most of your day speaking with clients and working closely with cross-functional experts to build out real-world evidence solutions.
  • Keep engineering, data science, and product teams organized and on track during the execution of complex real-world datasets.
  • Work closely with clients through all stages of project execution, including leading regular client calls, crafting responses to questions about Novellia data or analyses, and solving problems as they arise.
  • Support registry operations, including interfacing with patient recruitment agencies, setting up registry infrastructure, unblocking issues related to registry enrollment, and tracking cohort growth.
  • Support the creation of standardized processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across projects.
  • Partner with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all external-facing collateral is organized, scientifically accurate, and impactful for our target clients.
  • Join calls to discuss potential new project opportunities and describe how Novellia would support key client research questions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles in biopharma consulting, real-world data analytics, or a related role.
  • A deep understanding of the biopharma industry and the role real-world data plays in advancing priorities for life sciences companies.
  • Comfort taking ambiguous problems and independently crafting solutions.
  • Superb project management and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
