Responsibilities
- Receives task assignments from Project Leaders and executes experiments following general guidance, referencing established methods when applicable.
- Collaborates with Project Leaders to develop test designs and organizes required support activities.
- Plans and carries out routine testing and standard procedures.
- Identifies deviations, determines root causes, and suggests improvements to experimental designs.
- Documents findings in laboratory notebooks, interprets results, and reviews outcomes with the project team.
- Prepares simple Subject Memos, Subject Reports, and Protocols/Regulations, sometimes in English.
- Conducts GxP-related operations, including support for pilot and consistency batches, small-scale animal study batches, and seed productions.
- Proposes the adoption of new analytical methods or techniques.
- May assist in transferring production processes and quality control tests to Production and QC units.
- Prepares adjuvant formulations and vaccines using inactivated viral and bacterial antigens.
- Performs physicochemical characterization using light scattering and differential scanning calorimetry.
